CHRISTMAS WONDERLAND HAWKE’S BAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Bulk Properties Ltd is a New Zealand registered owned and operated company trading as Christmas Wonderland Hawke’s Bay store.
- Online purchases are available in New Zealand only. For any international orders please email sales@christmaswonderland.co.nz
- All stock items are expressed in New Zealand dollars.
- All prices include 15% GST
- As a purchasing customer please provide valid and correct details.
- Once an order is received and confirmed the item(s) being dispatched to the customer will be fully checked. If there are any discrepancies with the item(s) before being dispatched the customer will be notified.
- At times the level of stock may change – hence if a product has been purchased and in the event of being unavailable a refund will be provided.
- Christmas Wonderland Hawke’s Bay respects our customers privacy – therefore all personal details provided will not be under any circumstances given or sold to a third party.
- PAYMENT/ SECURITY
Via Visa or Mastercard online
- DELIVERY
Courier handling and packaging $10 flat fee nationwide. Rural $15 nationwide.
- DATABASE
As an online customer you will automatically join the Christmas Wonderland Hawke’s Bay customer email database for the latest up and coming events online or instore. You may choose to opt out at any time and remove your details by emailing sales@christmaswonderland.co.nz or via the unsubscribe link on a mailout.
- RETURNS
i) For returning item(s) please notify Christmas Wonderland Hawke’s Bay by email sales@christmaswonderland.co.nz within 7 days of the purchase date.
(ii) Returning item(s) must be in the original condition sent with tags attached and proof of purchase documentation.
Note: It is suggested that item(s) of return are sent back by track and trace method to ensure return to Christmas Wonderland Hawke’s Bay.
(iii) Christmas Wonderland Hawke’s Bay will not be held responsible for return delivery costs or any item(s) that fails to be returned to Christmas Wonderland Hawke’s Bay when sent from the customer.
(iv) On receiving item(s) of return the item(s) will be thoroughly checked and once satisfied that item(s) are in the original state a refund will be provided.
(v) No items will be accepted without tags or clear signs of use.
- SALE ITEMS
All sales item(s)are final. No refund on sale item(s).
- FAULTY ITEM(S)
(i) In the event of a faulty item(s) please contact sales@christmaswonderland.co.nz
(ii) Under the Consumer Guarantee Act Christmas Wonderland Hawke’s Bay will endeavour to provide a solution as soon as possible.
- LAYBYS Layby is not available online but available in store.
